The first step is to have the initial consultation with NorthAspect Building, A Project Leader will be assigned, taking the time to share and design your concept with consideration to your budget for the project. This in-depth discussion will allow NorthAspect to gain a deeper understanding of your project as we work together to deliver the best value for money outcome possible that will stand the test of time.

Together with our team of architects, draftsmen and engineers we bring your concept to life ensuring all components of the design are a possibility.  It is paramount that this part of the process is done precisely to ensure the construction stage is a smooth process with no nasty surprises.  NorthAspect maintains the highest safety standards and compliance with all applicable regulations.  Upon planning completion NorthAspect will submit the final drawings to Council for approval.

Once stages 1 and 2 are complete we proceed to the quoting process.  We consider the overall design and concept of the project again considering your budget throughout the quoting process.

We have different options available to you at this stage to suit varying circumstances culminating in a contract.

• Fixed price quotation: The client is provided with certainty through a set price agreed for our services based on the developed plan. This type of contract allows the client certainty of price for a defined scope of work.
• Cost plus: The client is provided with flexibility through paying for costs as the project unfolds. These costs include labour and materials, plus other costs incurred to complete the work. This type of contract allows the client scope to change the project outline as it progresses.

Once we have received all approvals and certification, we are ready to start.

Communication is key throughout a renovation, so we make it easy for you.  Your foreman will be your point of contact for the duration of the project.  Our plan is to make your renovation experience professional, positive and valuable.

Using our project management software program NorthAspect plans the details of the delivery stages of your project.   The client will be provided with a login to their project with visibility of the delivery program allowing clear communication, ability to make changes on the go and monitor the progress of your new renovation.

The day we walk away and leave you with your new home! A full site clean inside and out is completed leaving you with a pristine home worthy of a magazine cover.
